70% of our structures that we install are installed on our .6 pressure treated wood foundation. It meets national code for homes and additions. The rest are installed on either a concrete pad with perimeter bond beam (also called a grade beam), or on concrete piers.

Wood foundations are not recommended in swampy areas or areas with no drainage. Please see our specifications for the different types of foundations. We will be happy to discuss the different foundation options.
